Coin Purse Support

Help for the Coin Purse iPhone app and website.

Coin Purse is a private wallet for the pictures you need to show: conference QR codes, loyalty cards, tickets and passes. Your coins sync between the iPhone app and the website when you sign in with the same email address.

Signing in

Enter your email address and we send you a 6-digit code. Type the code into Coin Purse and you are in. There is no password to remember. If the code does not arrive within a minute, check your spam or junk folder, then request a new one. Codes expire after 15 minutes.

Adding a coin

Tap +, give the coin a title, and add a picture. Copy a screenshot or image first and tap Paste, or choose one from your photo library. Each coin holds a main picture and up to 5 more.

Sharing a picture

Open a coin, swipe to the picture you want, and tap Share. Only that one picture is sent.

Lost phone

Sign in on another device, open the account menu and choose Sign out of all devices. Every other phone and browser will need a new email code.

Deleting your account

In the iPhone app open Account, then Delete Account. On the website open the account menu, then Delete account. Your account, coins and pictures are permanently deleted right away.
